Like most women, I avoided lifting weights for years due to a fear of getting too big. But, I knew that strength training was beneficial. Thanks to my husband, who hired a personal trainer for me, I have been lifting weights for over 7 years. And, I’m happy to say I have better definition and wear the same dress size. This month I interview two personal training experts to shed light on why it makes sense for women to add weights to their work-out routine.
