This month, I review the modifications you can make in diet and lifestyle to, improve your ticker. Hint: Dark chocolate covered strawberries are loaded with phytonutrients that support heart health!

In February, fruit might be scarce in most parts of the country but grapefruits are in season. Freshen a salad by adding pink or ruby red segments. What looks like the comfort food but is much better for you? Mashed cauliflower! Try on your kids or spouse and see if they can detect the subtle difference.
