It's January and most of us have already made resolutions to eat healthier, lose weight or exercise more. This month, I provide information on the breakfast foods to select to satisfy your hunger yet keep your weight in check & energy levels high.

Wintertime is ideal for citrus including oranges, our featured fruit this month. Oranges pair well with chicken in salads. Be sure to add! Kale is also at its peak this time of year. When I was growing up, my British parents grew kale in the garden. I hated this vegetable as a kid. But, this month, I'm committed to overcoming bad memories and experimenting with kale soup!
