Buy More, Save More Info


The Buy More, Save More program rewards you for purchasing more than one VitaMedica product at a time. For example, when you buy any 2 VitaMedica products, you save 10% on your order. When you buy any 3 or more VitaMedica products, you save 15% on your order. The discount is automatically calculated in the store at check-out.


The Buy More, Save More program is ideal if you’re purchasing one of our Recovery Products for the first time and want to transition to one of our Wellness products after surgery.

Account & Registration Info



To place a product order, you need to register. Registration is required just once; returning customers do not need to recreate this information. You will be asked to provide your first and last name. You will also be required to create a password along with a hint in case you can't remember your password in the future. If your physician recommended purchasing VitaMedica products and he/she gave you a physician code, enter this code (the code is 4 letters followed by 2 numbers e.g., VITA-97). If you do not have a physician code, leave this field blank.


Change Email/Password

To change your email or password, go to My Account and select Change Email/Password. If you have forgotten your password, we will send you a hint. If the hint does not help you to remember your password, we will email you instructions to change your password.

To review your order history, go to My Account/See Orders. You can view or copy a previous order.

Promotion Code

Periodically, our email newsletter may provide a special offer with a promotional code. These promotional codes are used during the checkout process (at Review and Submit Your Order) to receive the associated order credit or promotional item for qualifying orders. Promotion codes always have an expiration date, and orders placed after the expiration will not receive the promotional offer. Orders placed prior to the special offer are not eligible for a promotional credit. If you return items purchased using a promotion code and the remaining order no longer meets the code guidelines, the promotional discount will be reversed and cannot be used on a future order.


Email Preferences

To sign up for the latest news, information and promotional offers, join our mailing list. To change your email preferences, go to My Account and select Campaign Subscription Center. Here you can select to receive certain emails about different categories.


Volume Discounts

If you purchase two of any VitaMedica product, you automatically earn a 10% discount.  If you purchase three or more of any VitaMedica product, you automatically earn a 15% discount.  The discount will be calculated automatically – you don’t need to enter in a promotion code at check-out.

Shipping Information


Our official shipper is FedEx Ground and FedEx Express. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes so be sure to provide a mailing address. Shipping is only within the United States.


Orders received by 2:00 Pacific Standard Time (PST) are shipped the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PST are shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PST on Fridays and during the weekend are not shipped until the following Monday. All Ground orders are shipped via FedEx and arrive to most U.S. destinations within 4 business days. Fedex Home Delivery Service (ground service to residential locations) runs Tuesday-Saturday with no Monday delivery.


All VitaMedica product orders under $75.00 are shipped FedEx ground for $6.95. On orders over $75.00, FedEx Home Delivery Service ground shipping is free. Shipping charge for FedEx Overnight is $29.95; for FedEx 2-Day, shipping is $14.95. Note, for all Alaska and Hawaii residents, a $10.00 surcharge is added to the normal shipping charges.


Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment of your order, FedEx tracking information will be emailed to your email address. By clicking on the link in your email, you will be directed to FedEx's website where up‐to‐date information on your shipment can be viewed.


Packing Materials

We're concerned with the impact excess packaging materials has on our environment. That's why our bottles are made from PETE or glass, both highly-recyclable materials. Each product box is made from recycled materials and bears the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (FSI) symbol. Each shipment is packed with biodegradable peanuts made from organic starch. These FDA approved peanuts decompose in water leaving no toxic waste. VitaMedica also uses recycled corrugated cardboard shipping boxes made from 100% recycled materials.

Return Process

In the rare instance you want to return a VitaMedica purchase, contact customer service at our toll free number (888) 367-8605 or email [email protected] and we will issue a Return Authorization along with shipping instructions. You have the option to request a prepaid Fedex return label for a return shipping fee of $5.95, or arrange for shipment on your own with the carrier of your choice (USPS, etc.). If not using a prepaid return label supplied by VitaMedica, we strongly advise obtaining shipment tracking as VitaMedica is not liable for any lost or mis-delivered returns.
