Buy More, Save More Info


The Buy More, Save More program rewards you for purchasing more than one VitaMedica product at a time. For example, when you buy any 2 VitaMedica products, you save 10% on your order. When you buy any 3 or more VitaMedica products, you save 15% on your order. The discount is automatically calculated in the store at check-out.


NOTE: We periodically offer specialty promotional items such as buy one product get one free bundles. These promotional items are not eligible for the Buy More, Save More program as they are already being discounted at a greater rate.

Account & Registration Info



To place a product order, you need to register. Registration is required just once; returning customers do not need to recreate this information. You will be asked to provide your first and last name. You will also be required to create a password along with a hint in case you can't remember your password in the future. If your physician recommended purchasing VitaMedica products and he/she gave you a physician code, enter this code (the code is 4 letters followed by 2 numbers e.g., VITA-97). If you do not have a physician code, leave this field blank.


Account Settings

To view and/or change your account settings, log in to My Account and click Settings on the left hand side.  From here you have access to change your Profile Information, Address Book, Credit Cards, and Update Your Password. NOTE: Email addresses are hard-linked to your account and cannot be changed online. Please contact our Customer Service department if you wish to change your email registration.


If you have forgotten your password to log in, click My Account at the top of the page. Under “Returning Customer” click the “Forgot Password?” link and enter your email address for password reset instructions to be emailed to you.

Order History

To review your order history, log in to My Account and click Orders on the left hand side. All orders placed under your account will be listed in chronological order. If you have created more than one account using different email addresses, you’ll need to log in with those credentials to see orders associated with those accounts.

Payment Methods

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. You have the option to save your credit card information or provide it for just the immediate sales transaction.  Unless authorized by you, your credit card information is not stored in our system.


Promotion Code

We periodically run special offers using a promotional or “promo” code. To redeem the special, simply enter the promo code in the “Have a Promo Code?” field of the Order Summary portion of your Shopping Cart. For special offers on specific products, you must first add the product(s) to your cart and then enter the promo code to redeem the special.


Promo codes are time-specific and are only redeemable within the stated promotional period. Expired and inactive promo codes are not valid. Orders placed prior to a promotional period are not eligible for a credit.

Shipping Information


Selecting Your Shipping Option

Our official shippers are the US Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx Express. Shipping is only within the United States.


Orders received by 1:00 Pacific Standard Time (PST) are shipped the same business day. Orders received after 1:00 PST are shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PST on Fridays and during the weekend are shipped the following Monday.


All VitaMedica product orders are shipped via FREE USPS Priority Mail and arrive to most U.S. destinations within 3 business days.


Expedited shipping options are available via FedEx Express 2nd Day at $14.95, or FedEx Standard Overnight at $29.95. FedEx Express transit times do NOT include weekends. Please plan accordingly.  FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes so be sure to provide a mailing address.


Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment of your order, tracking information will be sent to the email you provided during checkout. By clicking on the link in your email, you will be directed to the shipping provider’s website where up‐to‐date information on your shipment can be viewed. NOTE: Tracking information only becomes available once your order has been processed and picked up by the shipping provider. If no tracking info is available, wait 1 business day and check again. If there is still no tracking info, please contact our Customer Service department.


Packing Materials

We're concerned with the impact excess packaging materials has on our environment. That's why our bottles are made from PETE, a highly-recyclable material. Each product box is made from recycled materials and bears the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (FSI) symbol. Each shipment is packed with biodegradable peanuts made from organic starch or recycled packing paper. These FDA approved peanuts decompose in water leaving no toxic waste. VitaMedica also uses recycled corrugated cardboard shipping boxes made from 100% recycled materials.

Return Process

In the rare instance you want to return a VitaMedica purchase, contact customer service at our toll free number 888-367-8605 or email [email protected] and we will issue a Return Authorization along with shipping instructions. You have the option to request a prepaid Fedex return label for a return shipping fee of $6.95, or arrange for shipment on your own with the carrier of your choice (USPS, etc.). If not using a prepaid return label supplied by VitaMedica, we strongly advise obtaining shipment tracking as VitaMedica is not liable for any lost or mis-delivered returns.
