Orders must be placed by 4:00 p.m. EST for same-day shipping Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. EST on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, ship the following business day.

Selecting Your Shipping Option
Shipping is only within the United States. We do not ship packages internationally.
Our official shippers are the US Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx Express.
Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail arrive to most U.S. destinations within 3 business days.
Expedited shipping options for guaranteed delivery by a specific day are available via FedEx Express 2-Day at $14.95, FedEx Standard Overnight at $24.95, and FedEx Priority Overnight for Saturday Delivery at $34.95. Saturday Delivery is only required if placing order on a Friday and desire guaranteed delivery the following Saturday (overnight). FedEx Express 2-Day and Standard Overnight transit times do NOT include weekends. Please plan accordingly.
FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes so be sure to provide a mailing address when selecting any of the three FedEx expedited shipping options above.
Orders shipping to freight forwarders will NOT be fulfilled. VitaMedica products are only available for sale and use within the United States and Puerto Rico.
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 4:00pm EST Monday-Friday will be processed on the next business day.

Order processing and shipping may be delayed if there are problems running a payment card or shipping address information is incomplete. You will be contacted by Customer Service regarding any such issues at the email and/or phone number provided during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment of your order, tracking information will be sent to the email you provided during checkout. By clicking on the link in your email, you will be directed to the shipping provider’s website where up‐to‐date information on your shipment can be viewed. NOTE: Tracking information only becomes available once your order has been processed and picked up by the shipping provider. If no tracking info is available, wait 1 business day and check again. If there is still no tracking info, please email [email protected] or call Customer Service Toll Free at 888-367-8605, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST.
Occasionally the shipping provider will notify us if a delivery could not be completed due to various circumstances including, but not limited to, missing/incorrect address information, inability to access the location, weather/local restrictions, and inability to leave the package at a location that is not deemed secure. You will be contacted by Customer Service regarding any such issues at the email and/or phone number provided during checkout. Failure to respond may result in delivery delays and/or rerouting of the package back to sender by the shipping provider according to their protocols, which are independent from and beyond the control of VitaMedica.
VitaMedica is not liable for lost or stolen packages where tracking information provided by the shipping carrier indicates successful delivery at the shipping address listed on the Sales Order. For packages that do not indicate a successful delivery has occurred, VitaMedica reserves the right to review each case individually and conduct the appropriate follow up actions with the shipping carrier and/or the end user (customer).
A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
Out of Stock
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email ([email protected]).
All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. In accordance with U.S. federal holidays, our warehouse will be closed on those dates.
