Ingredients:
Cayenne
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Salt
Oregano
Thyme
Black Pepper
Instructions:
In a bowl add equal parts of each spice (e.g., 1 tablespoon of cayenne, 1 tablespoon of paprika, etc.).
Mix thoroughly with a spoon. Seal in a metal or plastic container.
How to Use:
You can liven up vegetables, fish or poultry using this spice mix. Brush fish or poultry with olive oil, sprinkle spice mix on both sides then grill or bake. For vegetables, add a few tablespoons of olive oil to a large bowl along with 1 to 2 tablespoons of the spice mix. Whisk together then add vegetables and toss. Roast or grill vegetables until golden brown.
