Ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
1 lemon
1 cup cherry tomatoes
Fresh parsley
Olive oil
Salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Rinse and drain garbanzo beans. Place in medium sized bowl.
Chop a handful of parsley and add to bowl.
Clean and cut in half cherry tomatoes and add to bowl.
Add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil to bowl. Add juice from lemon. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
Mix thoroughly and serve.
