Ingredients:
2 medium-sized ripe Avocados
Juice from 1 Lime
3 to 4 Tablespoons Red Onion, chopped
1 Serrano Chile, cleaned & chopped
1 Ripe Tomato, chopped (for better flavor, use cherry tomatoes when in season)
Handful of Cilantro, cleaned & chopped
Pepper, salt, red pepper to taste
Tajin (dried chili peppers, sea salt & lime)
Instructions:
Remove the pit and skin from the avocados and cut into segments. See video on how to remove the pit.
In a bowl, add avocado and lime. Mash into chunky paste using potato masher.
Add in chopped red onion, chile and tomato and mix with a spoon.
Add cilantro, pepper, salt and Tajin to taste and mix with spoon.
Serve with chips or for a healthier option, serve with baby carrots, bell peppers, and sugar snap peas.
