Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 pound butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
Topping:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Mix sour cream and baking soda and set aside.
Mix flour, baking powder & salt and set aside.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beat. Add vanilla.
Add dry ingredients alternating with sour cream mixture.
Pour into greased pan.
Mix together brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon and walnuts. Cut mixture into the batter in the pan.
Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
